2014 Nashville Fairgrounds

NASHVILLE, Tennessee - Throughout the 2014 season the BlankHood.com Super Truck has been in action under the lights at the historic Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. The Limited Late Model division where the Super Trucks compete has once again raised the bar on the level of competition, gaining more competitors this year than several of the past seasons and running some of the fastest lap times seen in this class. Ryan Lynch, driving the number 13 Chevy Silverado, has also amped up his game.

"The 2014 season has really been about testing limits and trying new things with the truck," says Lynch. "Lately the guys in this division have been making huge leaps in finding more speed. We've been changing the setup at every opportunity in hopes of finding that extra tenth that seems to make all the difference." This statement is all the more made apparent by simply taking a look at the points battle, where several competitors are neck and neck going into the final events of the season."I've also had to try new things from behind the wheel," commented Lynch, "learning from the veterans of this series really helps me to improve more quickly." Indeed, every visit to the 5/8 mile oval seems to help the BlankHood.com team pick up speed, breaking into times run by the Pro Late Model division, which generally have much high horsepower. "This class has gotten amazingly fast for the rules package we have. It truly does get tougher each race because you just have to constantly push the truck to the limits every lap."

As the 2014 season is winding down, the BlankHood.com team looks to keep racing as far into the year as possible. Keep an eye out for BlankHood.com at a race track soon!
